Breakfast Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. lemon rind
1 c. margarine
1 pkg. dry yeast
1/4 c. warm water
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Combine flour, sugar, salt and lemon rind.
Cut in margarine with pastry blender.
Dissolve yeast in warm water.
Add to dry mixture.
Add eggs and milk.
Let rise in greased bowl.
Punch down; let rest 10 minutes.
Separate bread into small balls, enough to fit muffin tin.
Let rise again.
Bake at 400\u00b0 until brown.
Mix cinnamon and 1 cup sugar.
Dip top of rolls in cinnamon and sugar mixture.
