Steve'S Liver Stuffing For Squabs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 eggs, well beaten
    6 squab livers, lightly sauteed
    salt and pepper
    fresh bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cream the butter; add eggs.
    Add the livers, finely chopped, and the hearts, if desired.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Add enough bread crumbs to form a soft dressing that will drop from the spoon.
    Makes enough dressing for 6 squabs.
