Apple Crunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large apples, washed and peeled
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. cold water
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Mix water and cornstarch, then set aside.
    Grease baking dish.
    Slice apples into dish.
    Mix sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle evenly over apples.
    Pour water and cornstarch mixture on top.
