Carrot Relish * - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 green pepper, cut in strips *
    2 lb. sliced frozen carrots
    1 medium onion, sliced thin
    1 can tomato soup (condensed)
    1/2 c. oil
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. wine vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
Preparation
    Boil carrots in salt water until fork-tender.
    Cool.
    Mix with pepper and onion.
    Blend remaining ingredients.
    Mix all together. Keeps a long time refrigerated.
