Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. pumpkin
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg, separated
    1 1/2 c. hot milk
Preparation
    Mix the first 6 ingredients together.
    Separate egg; beat the yolk and add to ingredients.
    Add hot milk.
    Beat egg white and fold into mixture.
    Pour in 9-inch pie crust shell.
    Bake 10 minutes at 450\u00b0.
    Bake another 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
