Hamburger Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. hamburger meat
    12 oz. roll Jimmy Dean sausage
    3/4 c. onion, chopped
    1 c. mild Cheddar cheese
    1 c. Mozzarella cheese
    1 unbaked pie pastry shell
    1/3 c. whipping cream
    1/3 c. half and half
    1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
    1 egg
Preparation
    Cook hamburger meat and sausage in separate pans until done. Drain off excess fat.
    Spread a layer of hamburger meat in bottom of pie pastry, then one-half chopped onion, Cheddar cheese, sausage, rest of onion and then Mozzarella cheese.
    In a small bowl, mix half and half, whipping cream, egg, salt and pepper. Pour over filled pie shell.
    Bake for 40 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until crust is golden brown.
