Christmas Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 egg
    1 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 c. sifted flour
    1 1/2 tsp. almond extract
    1 c. powdered sugar
Preparation
    Cream the butter. Add sugar gradually. Cream well. Add egg, almond and vanilla.
    Sift flour and salt together.
    Add to first mixture. Blend. Roll gently 1/8-inch thick.
    Cut out.
    Bake on oiled sheet at 375\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
    Frost.
