Chocolate Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine
1/2 c. oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs or egg substitute
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. cloves
2 c. grated zucchini
1/2 c. sour milk
2 1/2 c. flour
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chocolate chips

Preparation

Set chocolate chips aside.
Cream margarine, oil and sugar together.
Add remaining ingredients, except chocolate chips.
Mix well.
Spread in greased rectangular cake pan.
Sprinkle chocolate chips over top.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
