Low Country Boil - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 lb. shrimp per person
    1 lb. new potatoes
    1 lb. Cajun sausage
    6 ears corn (yellow)
    shrimp crab boil seasoning to taste (mild to spicy)
Preparation
    Cut sausage 3-inches long.
    Cook in skillet.
    Prepare potatoes; wash, remove spots, but don't peel; cut lengthwise. Prepare corn, cut in half.
    Cook potatoes.
    Add corn and sausage. Add seasoning.
    Rinse shrimp well.
    Add to boil.
    Cook 10 minutes. Boil; serves 6 to 8 people.
    (Serve with green salad, French or garlic bread.)
