Frozen Pudding Snacks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box instant sugar-free chocolate pudding
    1/2 c. skim milk
    1/2 c. peanut butter
    1 box graham crackers
    light Cool Whip
Preparation
    Combine pudding mix, milk and peanut butter and mix until smooth.
    Spread 1 tablespoon of pudding mixture on one half of a graham cracker.
    Spread 1/2 tablespoon of Cool Whip on top of pudding mixture and top with other half of graham cracker.
    Wrap individually in foil and freeze.
    One sandwich contains 30 calories.
