Tosca Torte(Finland-Sweden) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
2/3 c. sugar
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
2 Tbsp. table cream
1 stick butter
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Beat eggs and sugar until the mixture is light and foamy.
Sift flour with baking powder and add to egg mixture.
Melt butter over low heat and let cool.
Add cream and melted butter to batter.
Butter and flour a round cake form or frying pan with high boards.
Pour butter into pan and cook until it is half done, about 20 minutes.
