Smothered Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    1/4 c. oil
    2 c. chicken bouillon
    1 c. rice
    1 small onion, diced
    1/2 c. diced celery
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Brown pork chops, in oil, in a large skillet that has a lid. Remove from oil and add rice.
    Cook rice until brown.
    Add onion and celery.
    Continue to cook until vegetables are clear.
    Add bouillon and salt; stir.
    Lower heat to simmer.
    Arrange pork chops in skillet over the rice.
    Cover and cook for about 35 minutes, or until the rice is done.
