Chocolate-Filled Bonbons - cooking recipe

3/4 c. Crisco*
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
1 egg
2 tsp. vanilla
1 3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. finely chopped nuts
3 1/2 to 4 doz. Hershey Kisses, unwrapped
sprinkles, colored sugar, etc.
Preparation

*For softer cookies, substitute 1/2 of the Crisco with margarine.
