Theresa Rose'S Chicken Marsala - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless chicken breasts
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    1/2 c. Marsala wine
    1/4 to 1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
Preparation
    Wash chicken breasts and pat dry.
    Cut into bite-sized pieces. Combine flour, Parmesan, salt and pepper in a bowl.
    Toss chicken pieces in flour mixture.
    Set aside.
