Dinner Club Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
    1 c. sour cream
    10 oz. can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 1/3 oz. pkg. taco seasoning
    12 flour or corn tortillas (use more if needed)
    2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated (for topping)
Preparation
    Combine soup, sour cream and tomatoes.
    Brown ground beef and drain.
    Add taco seasoning and mix.
    Dip tortilla in hot soup mix and fill with meat, cheese and onion.
    Roll and put in a 9 x 13-inch casserole.
    Pour remaining soup mixture over enchiladas. Bake 20 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Top with remaining cup of cheese and return to oven.
