Sweet Potato Crunch Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can (29 oz.) sweet potatoes
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Blend sweet potatoes in a blender until liquid.
    Add the sugar, 1/2 cup margarine, evaporated milk and eggs.
    Blend all ingredients.
    Pour into a 9 x 12-inch pan or casserole dish.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until firm.
