Roasted Red Bell Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 9 medium red bell peppers
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    3 to 4 anchovy fillets, chopped
    4 medium garlic cloves, minced
    1/2 tsp. hot red pepper flakes
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
Preparation
    Place whole peppers on a baking sheet.
    Place under broiler, turning the peppers as the sides become charred.
    When all the peppers are charred all over, place in a sealed plastic bag and let steam for about 15 minutes.
