Aurelia'S Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 Tbsp. basil
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes (2 c.)
    2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. lasagne noodles
    2 (12 oz.) cartons cottage cheese
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan
    1 lb. sliced Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Brown meat slowly, spooning off excess fat. Add next 6 ingredients.
    Simmer, uncovered, 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Cook noodles until tender. Drain and rinse with cold water. Combine cottage cheese with next 5 ingredients.
    Place half of the noodles in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Spread half the cottage cheese mixture over the noodles.
    Add half the Mozzarella cheese and half the meat mixture.
    Repeat.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
