Orange Delight Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

juice of 2 oranges
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 orange peel, grated
1 c. golden raisins
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. soda
1 c. buttermilk

Preparation

Mix orange juice with enough sugar (approximately 4 tablespoons) to make a syrup.
Set aside to dissolve.
