Eggplant Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    eggplant
    1 can cream-style corn
    sliced fresh tomatoes
    salt and pepper to taste
    cracker crumbs
    melted margarine
Preparation
    Peel and slice eggplant and soak for 30 minutes in salt water. Drain and fry slices in bacon drippings.
    Layer eggplant, corn, tomatoes, salt and pepper.
    Top with cracker crumbs and drizzle melted margarine over the top.
    Bake 30 minutes at 375\u00b0.
