Heath Bar Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
2 c. flour
1 stick margarine (1/2 c.)
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Preparation

Mix brown sugar, white sugar, flour and margarine together until crumbly.
Reserve 1/2 cup and set aside.
Add egg, vanilla, 1 cup buttermilk (with 1 teaspoon baking soda mixed with buttermilk) and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan or dish.
