Oatmeal Molasses Bread(From "The Hungry Hiker'S Book Of Good Cooking") - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rolled oats
    2 c. boiling water
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 envelope dry yeast
    1/4 c. warm water
    1/2 c. molasses or honey
    2 tsp. salt
    1 c. whole wheat flour
    4 1/2 c. white flour or bread flour
    2 tsp. wheat gluten (optional) *
