Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sticks butter or margarine
1/2 c. Crisco shortening
3 c. sugar
5 jumbo eggs
3 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
3 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cream sugar, shortening and butter.
Add eggs one at a time, mixing well.
Add milk and dry ingredients alternately.
Add vanilla.
Pour in tube pan, greased and floured.
Bake in preheated oven at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
