Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. large mushrooms
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    chopped mushroom stems
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 c. Romano cheese
Preparation
    Melt margarine and saute chopped mushroom stems, onions and garlic.
    (Saute until onions are transparent.)
    Mix together sauteed mixture and remaining ingredients (parsley, salt, bread crumbs and cheese).
    Turn mushroom caps bottoms up and fill each. Broil 8 minutes or until caps are tender.
