Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cornmeal mix (self-rising)
3/4 c. self-rising flour
2 eggs
1/3 c. cooking oil
1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Grease cast-iron corn stick pans.
Bake at 450\u00b0 until golden brown, 15 to 20 minutes. Makes 14 corn sticks.
