Cinnamon Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 1/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. oil
    3 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. chopped nuts
    3 c. grated zucchini
    1 c. raisins (optional)
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add oil and sugar.
    Sift together flour, baking powder, soda, cinnamon and salt.
    Add to egg mixture; mix well. Stir in nuts, raisins and zucchini.
    Spread in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Can be made into cupcakes (2 dozen).
    Can also be put into bread pans or divided and baked into any of these.
