Chewy Raisin Walnut Shortbread Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/8 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. chopped Diamond walnuts
    1 c. Sun-Maid raisins
    1/2 c. flaked coconut (optional)
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Lightly grease an 8-inch square pan. Combine flour and sugar.
    Using pastry blender or fork, cut in butter until mixture resembles fine meal.
    Press into greased pan. Bake for 20 minutes or just until edges are lightly golden.
