Party Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 lb. small New potatoes
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 c. (2 sticks) butter
4 green onions
2 tsp. dill weed
Preparation

Partly skin potatoes; run knife or peeler around middle, leaving top and bottom peel intact.
Boil for 20 to 25 minutes. Place potatoes in baking pan.
Put sticks of butter in pan and place in warm oven until melted.
Spoon butter over potatoes, then sprinkle remaining ingredients, turning until well coated.
