Frozen Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. lemon jello
    1 c. orange juice
    juice from peaches plus enough water to make 1 c.
    1 can sliced peaches
    juice of 1 lemon
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
    2 cans mandarin oranges, drained
    1 pt. fresh strawberries, sliced and slightly sweetened
    1 c. chopped pecans
    16 oz. softened cream cheese
    1 c. Hellmann's mayo
    1 c. sour cream or fat-free substitute
Preparation
    Bring orange juice and juice from peaches to boil and add jello, lemon juice, salt and sugar; cool to room temperature.
    Cut up peaches and blend with other fruits.
    Cool.
    Beat cream cheese, Hellmann's mayonnaise and sour cream until smooth and well blended.
    Blend into cooled jello and chill about 1 hour.
    Stir fruit and nuts into jello mix.
    Pour into pans or Pyrex dishes and freeze.
    Allow to stand at room temperature about 30 minutes before serving.
    Serve on crisp lettuce and garnish with whole strawberries.
    Serves 20.
