Dieter'S Egg Drop Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans chicken broth
    1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms or 1/2 c. fresh (optional)
    1 scallion with tops, finely chopped
    1 egg per can of chicken broth
    soy sauce to taste
Preparation
    Bring chicken broth to a boil.
    Add mushrooms and scallion. Beat egg.
    Then pour slowly so eggs form shreds.
    Add soy sauce to taste.
