Hot Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. warm water
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 c. scalded milk
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    6 Tbsp. shortening
    5 Tbsp. sugar
    flour (5 to 6 c.)
Preparation
    Mix warm water, 1 teaspoon sugar and yeast together.
    Add remaining ingredients and enough flour to make soft dough (5 to 6 cups).
    Let rise and roll out.
    Cut rolls and let rise again. Bake on a greased sheet pan.
    Leave in a 250\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes and then raise temperature to 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until brown.
