Salmonburgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can pink salmon
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. Italian style bread crumbs
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. Gulden's mustard
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Combine salmon and its liquid with remaining ingredients and form into 4 patties.
    Pan-fry in small amount of oil until golden brown on both sides.
