Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3 eggs
    1 celery stalk, chopped
    1 1/2 c. plain bread cubes (croutons)
    1 can ready-cut tomatoes (Italian)
    2 cloves garlic, pressed
    salt and pepper
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
    Heat oven to 325\u00b0 and place mixture in a Bundt cake pan, pressing evenly.
    Bake, covered with foil on cookie sheet for 1hour.
    Remove foil and continue to bake an additional 30 minutes.
    Remove liquid with a basting bulb and invert meat loaf onto a serving platter.
    Garnish with parsley.
    Serves 6 to 8 people.
