Peach Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. salt
5 c. sliced fresh peaches
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Combine sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon and salt.
Add to peaches. Sprinkle on lemon juice.
Toss lightly.
Pour into a pastry-lined 9-inch deep dish pie pan.
Dot with butter.
Adjust top crust, flute edges and cut steam vents.
Wet top crust with water and sprinkle with sugar.
