Skillet Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. canola oil
    2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
    4 c. cabbage, shredded
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. skim milk
    1/4 c. shredded fat-free Cheddar
    2 Tbsp. pimento
Preparation
    Saute in large skillet the oil, onion and green pepper.
    Add cabbage and cook, covered, for 5 to 10 minutes.
    Add remaining ingredients and cook until done.
