Yellow Angel Food - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    11 egg yolks, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. boiling water
    1 c. sugar
    1 2/3 c. cake flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice or 1 tsp. lemon extract
Preparation
    Beat eggs yolks and slowly add boiling water.
    Beat until eggs stand in peaks.
    Fold in sugar, sifted 4 times.
    Add flour, sifted 4 times, then salt and lemon juice or extract.
    Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 375\u00b0 in angel food cake pan.
