Mini Barbecue Riblets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork spareribs, cut in small pieces
    1 Tbsp. clear honey
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. orange juice
    2/3 c. tomato catsup
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    salt and freshly ground pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except riblets.
    Put riblets into shallow container and cover with marinade.
    Cover and chill overnight. Preheat oven to 375\u00b0; put riblets and marinade into a roasting pan and bake for approximately 1 hour, until riblets are tender and marinade has reduced to a dark, sticky glaze.
