Vegetable Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head broccoli, chopped
    1 medium head cauliflower, chopped
    diced tomatoes
    diced onions
    diced or shredded carrots
    1 pkg. dry Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix
    1 (16 oz.) container sour cream
    1 pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 can crescent rolls
Preparation
    Spread crescent rolls on pizza pan like pizza dough.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until golden brown; let cool.
    Mix dry dressing mix and sour cream together.
    Spread on cooled crescent rolls.
    Add chopped and sliced vegetables on top of sour cream mixture.
    Top with Cheddar cheese and serve.
    (You can substitute or leave out vegetables of you choice.)
