Cranberry Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 medium cooking apples (1 1/4 lb.), chopped
1/2 c. raisins
6 oz. can frozen apple juice, thawed
4 c. fresh or frozen cranberries
1/4 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a heavy saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
Makes 4 cups.
