Pepper Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium peppers (2 c. juice)
    3/4 c. cider vinegar
    1 Tbsp. hot pepper sauce
    1 pkg. Sure-Jell powder
    3 1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Bring pepper juice, Sure-Jell, vinegar and hot sauce to a hard boil (boil that can't be stirred down).
    Boil 1 minute, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat; continue to stir every 5 minutes or so until cool.
    Pour into jars.
