Oven-Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice
    cut up chicken
    1 pkg. onion soup mix (dry mix)
    1 c. cream of celery soup
    2 cans water
Preparation
    Grease bottom of a roaster and sprinkle rice over the bottom. Place chicken on top of the rice and pour onion soup mix over chicken.
    Over this, pour cream of celery soup which has been mixed with 2 cans of water.
    Put lid on roaster and cook 20 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Turn oven down to 300\u00b0 and cook for 1 hour.
