Chicken And Rice Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans creamed soup (mushroom and celery are good)
1 c. regular rice (uncooked)
1 chicken, cut up (chicken thighs are okay)
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
Preparation

Pour soup into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Stir in 1 soup can of water.
Mix until smooth.
Sprinkle rice over soup.
Rinse chicken pieces and place on top of rice.
Mash package of Lipton soup mix to distribute spices evenly, then open envelope and sprinkle over chicken.
Cover dish with foil.
Bake 1 hour in a 350\u00b0 oven.
