Treasure Chest Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. oleo
    1/2 c. granulated sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. milk
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. chocolate chips
    1 c. maraschino cherries, chopped
Preparation
    Sift together flour, baking soda and salt.
    Cream brown sugar, oleo and granulated sugar.
    Add 2 eggs (beat one at a time) and vanilla.
    Beat creamed mixture until fluffy.
    Add dry ingredients and the 3/4 cup milk alternating each.
    Add chopped nuts, cherries and chocolate chips.
    Bake for 30 minutes at 325\u00b0 in a greased cookie sheet.
    Frost when cool.
