Too Easy Fruit Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 to 6 apples or peaches, sliced
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1 egg
1 stick margarine, melted
5 slices bread
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Place fruit in 8 x 8-inch baking dish. Cut crusts from bread slices and cut each slice into five fingers. Place bread over the fruit.
In bowl, mix sugar, flour, egg and margarine.
Pour over bread.
Sprinkle with cinnamon or nutmeg to taste.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown.
