Turkey Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground turkey
    1 small onion, chopped fine
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 jar turkey gravy (Heinz is good)
Preparation
    In large bowl, combine all ingredients, except cooking oil. Mix thoroughly.
    Shape mixture into 1 to 1 1/2-inch meatballs. Brown meatballs in 2 tablespoons cooking oil, heated on medium. Once browned, add jar of gravy and simmer on low for 1 hour, covered, stirring occasionally.
    Serve over rice or noodles. Serves 4.
