Shelly'S Green Chili Cheese Grits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Quick grits
    4 c. boiling water
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 1/4 sticks butter
    1 lb. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    2 small cans chopped green chilies
Preparation
    Slowly stir grits into the boiling water.
    Boil 4 to 5 minutes. Pour the cooked grits into a large mixing bowl and add eggs, butter, cheese and chilies.
    Mix well, then transfer to a flat baking dish.
    Bake 1 hour at 300\u00b0.
