Best Bread Sticks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. active dry yeast
    1 Tbsp. honey
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    1 Tbsp. malted milk powder
    1 tsp. salt
    4 to 4 1/2 c. flour
    1 beaten egg
    seasonings for topping (poppy or sesame seed, etc.)
Preparation
    Soften yeast and honey in warm water in large bowl.
    Add malted milk powder and salt.
    Add flour gradually.
    Divide dough into 12 pieces and roll on floured surface to make sticks about 10 to 12-inches long.
    Place on greased baking sheets.
    Brush with egg; sprinkle with desired toppings.
    Allow to rise, 10 to 15 minutes.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes or until browned. Brush with melted butter or olive oil immediately after baking to keep bread sticks soft.
