Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chopped green pepper, drained
1 can Shoe Peg corn, drained
1 can chopped carrots (fine), drained
1 can French-style green beans, drained
1 can small peas, drained
1/2 c. chopped onion
3/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. celery seed
1 Tbsp. water
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. cooking oil
salt and pepper
Preparation

Put vinegar, celery seed, sugar, cooking oil, water, salt and pepper in pan.
Cook until dissolved.
Let cool.
Pour over vegetables.
Store in refrigerator in glass jar.
Makes about 3 quarts.
