Italian-Style Minestrone - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion, diced
    1 c. sliced celery
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. olive or vegetable oil
    4 cans beef broth
    1 (1 lb.) can Italian-style plum tomatoes
    1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
    1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen Italian green beans
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas and carrots
    1/2 c. uncooked macaroni
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 small zucchini, sliced
    1 can mushrooms
Preparation
    Saute onion, celery and garlic in oil in a large kettle or Dutch oven until tender, about 5 minutes.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Bring slowly to boiling.
    Reduce heat, cover and simmer 45 minutes.
