Super Hot Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. milk, scalded (185~)
    2 pkg. yeast
    1/2 c. warm water
    1 c. shortening
    1 c. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    6 eggs, beaten
    9 c. flour
Preparation
    Cool scalded milk.
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Combine at low speed the sugar, shortening, salt, milk and yeast mixture. Add beaten eggs and about 1 cup flour.
    Increase speed to medium and beat 2 minutes.
    Stir in the rest of the flour by hand.
    The dough will be soft.
    Put dough on a floured board; knead slightly. Put in a greased bowl; let rise for 3 hours.
